Since earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry in 1979, Dr. Declark has been successful in private practice because his main goal has been to provide the best in family eye care. Treatment of all your families' visual needs and eye emergencies are available through the office. Special diagnostic testing is available in the office for corneal topography, visual fields, corneal pachymetry, and digital fundus photography. The office has an on-site finishing lab for all your eyeglass needs. Contact lens services are available and include the use of all specialty lens designs from bifocals to lenses for keratoconus. Medical treatment is available for infections and other diseases of the eye.
